Email and social media marketing are here to stay.
None of these channels is a silver bullet.
What we owe to our clients is a reasoned and reasonable analysis of where multiple channels fit in a marketing strategy. When direct mail makes sense, absolutely recommend that approach; when another tool makes more sense, help the client implement that approach.
